We're looking for:

Bawbawon Hospitality Group is looking for a Marketing Assistant to work closely with it’s Marketing and Communications Officer in developing marketing plans and communication within the Bawbawon portfolio. 

With a growing demand and forecast plans for expansion, we are looking for someone to help assist with implementing strategies into specific marketing programs and brand-focused marketing/advertising campaigns tied to business objectives.


Content Creation & Social Media
  1. Oversee content documentation (photos and videos) across all BHG brands 
  2. Produce marketing visuals for planned marketing campaigns
  3. Support social media content planning, scheduling, and updates across all social platforms
  4. Manage social media community through actively responding to inquiries and comments


Marketing & Communications:
  1. Support execution of planned marketing campaigns, tactical advertising, and communication strategies
  2. Assist in the implementation of events including product or service launches, special events, and major holidays celebration
  3. Facilitate in sourcing marketing supplies including advice on in-store decorations, uniforms, printed materials, signages, etc.


  1. At least 2 years of working experience preferably in tourism, events or in the marketing industry
  2. Experience producing visual content (photos and videos) with a knack for storytelling and a creative eye.
  3. Experience working for a foreign company is an advantage
  4. Well versed on emerging social media trends, technologies, and algorithms
  5. Willing to work with a dynamic and diverse team in a fast-paced work environment
  6. Fluent in multi-language both written and oral: English, Bisaya and Tagalog
  7. Experience working in a marketing and events agency would be an added advantage
